OMG,Olivia was amazing,i still have goosebumps after seeing her show at the Opera House,totally amazing,she looked just beautiful and i have never heard her voice in better form.Every song she did was great but her version of Send In The Clowns had me in tears,it was just perfect.Her country section was great,If Not For You sounded pretty good after all these years,the Xanadu set was great ditto Grease in which she did Your The One That I Want with David Campbell but the one that surprised was The few Best Men set,i had reservations about after redwhiteblues report but it was fantastic,she did all the songs so much better than the horrible remixes on the CD soundtrack,she dedicated the set to Davy Jones as Day Dream Believer was part of the set then she did the full version of the new song Weightless which is fast becoming my favourite Olivia song.I cannot get over how fantastic she was,by far the best concert i have ever seen.

I would have cried buckets during Day Dream Believer, now that Davey Jones has passed away. I just think her own songs are in a class of their own, that's why I didn't enjoy her singing stuff like Mickey, only because I think she is too good for that type of material, not a reflection of her own talent. I really need to revamp my itunes collection now with some Olivia! I'm ashamed to say I have very little material of hers these days because it was all on cassette when I was younger.

It was by far the best performance i have ever seen live and the applause and ovation from the audience at the end gave me a real shiver,i cried during Send In The Clowns,i was in tears when i was walking out,it was just a truly amazing performance,one i will never forget.I turned up in a black Olivia Newton John t shirt last night that i had bought at a sale at the Horden late last year for $5 and i had at least 20 people come up and ask where i had got the t shirt from as they wanted to buy one,had i known i could have bought the last of the Horden stock and made a fortune last night.
I will see what i can do with some Olivia material for you when i send you the stick,i already have Xanadu and some Agnetha Faltskog stuff for you,will see what else i can put on for you but it wont be till after i get back from holidays.

That would be great thanks Arty if you could arrange it? My preference these days is for The Dive Hotel at Coogee now that I'm not a Sydneysider anymore. HH is one of my best friends outside of the forum, so yes we'd have a great time being entertained by 2 of Australia's finest!

I just downloaded some random movie and was surprised to see it stars ONJ. She is actually performing here in HK sometime in the coming weeks/months. Not my cup of tea but she was certainly a beautiful women at her peak.

It was written by the same guy who wrote Death At A Funeral.A lot of it was cringe worthy but Olivia was so funny in it and i love when the druggie guy told Angela Bishop to F#*# off.
