Actually adzta, you'd want to get your facts right first:

1) the thread was about Todd Carney's latest foray in the tellucrap. Your tiff with JT has nothing to do with that and the thread was being hijacked.

2) My pet hate is people trying to say that spending more money equates to a better supporter. I have had MANY arguments with JT over that issue in the past on the old wall.

3) if i wanted to "stop my faves from having their feelings hurt" do you really think i would have let this thread run??

2) My pet hate is people trying to say that spending more money equates to a better supporter. I have had MANY arguments with JT over that issue in the past on the old wall.

We support the team in our own way. Some are more hardcore than others. I will admit that I could only attend one game this season but I did watch every minute of every game. I think the real hardcore ones are you guys that attend every match whether we are a winning team or a bunch of losers. My support for the team will never waiver but to attend away matches when you know we are probably going to lose and won't make the semis is pretty awesome.

Yeah there is no arguing with that. Being at a match and watching the team lose is an awful experience. Hats off to those supporters that attend no matter what.

Yeah that was melbourne about 2 yrs ago, Howling wind, driving rain and we got FLOGGED !!! fark me it felt like antarctica !

The melbourne trips always are !!! if it's not jelly shots, its pints at the charles dickens or a massive feed on Lygon St.

Actually, any away trip is great, so far the Semi V Titans last season was the most full on, i got no sleep for nigh on 36 hours, included in that was a flght to Brissy, a league match, walking around Brisbane, playing 10 pin bowling, playing laser tag, visiting the casino, a flight back, getting the first grand final shirts from the club, driving to macquarie for baseball (night match), playing said game of baseball and finally going to bed after driving back home ! I am suprised how i didn't have a car accident !!!!
