Jack, you'll appreciate this for a laugh. It's not a cover version but this is my thread and I'll do what I want and post what I want.Originally posted by Jacks Fur Coat View Post
Didn't know Bruce covered that one RWB. Would have been brilliant live.
When I seen him he didn't do Thunder Road! How disappointment..
.I have this album of Jasmine Rae's and the silly old iTunes changed all the artwork to reflect David Bowie's Hunky Dory album..

Just watching this now Jack, Western Stars documentary/concert film of Bruce's. I'm not familiar with the album but I think you would like this one. Beautiful horses too in the opening credits with a real country flavour but then the concert itself is in an intimate setting with an orchestra, which is what I always love. It was playing in cinemas late last year around the world.Originally posted by Jacks Fur Coat View Post

Got the album RWB. I was excited thinking the Boss had gone country (what a combo) but it has a strong orchestral content which to me mixed oil and water a bit.Originally posted by redwhiteblue View Post

The Double Bay library has a copy of the CD as I looked it up today so I'll borrow that and the Linda Ronstadt biography as soon as we are allowed back. Everyone else is waiting for the pubs and clubs to re-open but I'm waiting for the library...Originally posted by Jacks Fur Coat View Post
