The ladies have spoken. 3 versions of the same magical Tim Finn song...the lyrics are very clear too so there is no mistaking what this song is about:

This one's my favourite. I had this on vinyl when I was very young and Horrie kindly replaced it for me now on MP3:

I know there is an Olivia Newton John fan who posts on this So I thought Id put this up for them. Having also just listened to the original I think this is better. Martika is lead singer and does anyone notice the young girl on the left who became extremely famous for a period in the what was known as the Noughties

Wow Andy, never knew Martika did a version of Twist Of Fate, still like Olivia's version better but Martika version is pretty good.Originally posted by Andrew Walker View PostI know there is an Olivia Newton John fan who posts on this So I thought Id put this up for them. There is always a debate in our house who does the better cover version of I Hope I Never, i always go for Kate Ceberano but the better half reckon Collen Hewitt's version is the best.Originally posted by redwhiteblue View PostThe ladies have spoken. 3 versions of the same magical Tim Finn song...the lyrics are very clear too so there is no mistaking what this song is about:

Margaret Urlich also does a version.

1st of all Oh mannn Just listened to Kate Ceberano I Hope I never The verdict in this house is absolutely darkly brilliant The other version not even close to this So happy to have heard something that hasn’t been heard before this will get a right lot of playing tonight.Originally posted by horrie hastings View Post
In regards to Martika and the ONJ cover in essence the original is always better I just think the cover has more bounce and life to it If you didn’t know the young girl on the left doing backing vocals is none other than Fergie ftom Black Eyed Peas
I don’t have a song for now I’m too blown away by Kate Ceberano at the moment Have to play it againI respect all our moderators here. Past present and even future. Always have done and always will do a wonderful job.

I was like that when i first heard Kate's version, i thought to myself that was so good i had to listen to it again. I cheated a bit and googled Kids Incorporated to see who was in it and saw Fergie and Jenifer Love Hewitt, thought to myself it must be Fergie but still wasn't sure.Originally posted by Andrew Walker View Post
