Well you guys are very brave, a lot braver than I am.
There never was, and never will be, any way I'd be diving/spear fishing in the sea.
That's where man-eating sharks live.
Same goes for sitting on a surf board with my legs dangling over the side and from below looking like dinner to sharks.
I stopped swimming at beaches decades ago, when I bought a new car. Before that I only ever swam between the flags at patrolled beaches.
