To those of you who reached out to me in December after the attacks, you will never be forgotten by me or my family for doing so. I was 800m from the Lindt Cafe siege also and all of this takes time to heal from. I appreciate the kindness, patience and quiet support being provided by the genuine souls on here. You and your families will always be in my thoughts too.

It's great to have strong physical health but taking care of mental health is just as important. We get 4 extra days a year at work for this (one of my bosses used one of his Cultural & Wellness day to watch Superbowl with beer and hot wings at the pub near our office ) so that we can rest and recharge throughout the year when our minds & souls need it. I've already booked mine including the Friday before grand final day as my culture is hopefully watching a Rooster grand final that weekend..here's hoping.

I keep explaining that we are all wired differently but my message is not coming across. Perhaps the below videos will explain how I've been feeling these past few years due to the behaviour and treatment from a couple of you. Please do read the comments also under each video if you wish. Part of me is so shocked that there are people all around the world being treated like this but then again, it give me comfort to know that I'm not alone in this.

Please think twice before asking someone to do something for you that you are not willing to also step up and do for them. It's not about scorekeeping but having a good healthy balanced friendship grounded in MUTUAl respect and care.

Oh fark off and don't come back this time.

Seriously, I'm yet to see mr direct anything negative towards you in my time on the Pen. Furthermore what makes your behaviour towards mightyrooster excusable?

Duchess, Mighty Rooster has addressed you directly, respectfully and peacefully. I would be forever grateful if we could, in the words of Mighty Rooster "Please move on".

We have an exciting season coming up and the last thing I or I believe any of us want is antagonism between members.

I'll be all over any subtle coded attempts and will highlight them as they present.

mightyrooster was nominated for immortal status in recent times. Show some respect!

Good luck with that Red, The Duchess comes across as extremely unhinged Changed names on here but not personalities.

Tore my calf last week, not much improvement in 7 days, hoping to be able to do a two foot calf raise by Wednesday and start moving forward.
This first week at home has been very slow, physio is thinking two more weeks at home, grade two, anybody had similar? and how was your recovery time?

I've lost another 5kg and according to Mickie, Sammy Walker needs to put on that amount over the next few years..

Losing 8 or so kgs in such a quick time is usually a sign of obesity It’s good people make change to their health

Anyway no time to waste we’ve arrived at the gymnasium for a workout

This warms my heart and makes me so happy when I see everyone coming down to join the Run Club. It's such a great positive way for people of all ages to connect and make friends in a healthy and safe environment.

Back to the gym, bike and pool tomorrow after a bit of a break due to some festivities, thought seeing i am retired i can have a little bit of time off from the gym every now and then.
Mind you at the moment my leg is feeling better, not sure if its because i haven't pushed myself this week , i do have to chase up my GP as i had an MRI over a week ago and i'm certain he would have received the report last Friday.
