Fark me if i as so much eat anymore Ham I will most likely go into cardiac arrest, shit my pants and die.

Every mates place I called into today it was "Try this Ham mate , it's double smoked blah, blah, blah"

Neighbour calls in " Here mate try this Honey Ham, it's from Tilba where they sing Christmas carols to their Pigs"

I used to see the real Austen Tayshus all the time in Rose Bay. He's always up for a chat with anyone who asks. Very lovely man. As for ham, I prefer proscuitto a few times a year as a treat.

There’s only so much ham I can bear, but the other half bought a big one so we’ll (well mostly him and maybe the kids) be hamming it up a lot over the next few weeks. Ham and eggs, ham and cheese toasties, ham on pizza….hmm?

I’ll probably end up freezing a lot of it too. It usually happens every Christmas.

We usually only buy a very small ham for Christmas and struggle to get through it but this year we won a really big half leg so so much more than normal, still its a very nice piece of ham so it's not going to get wasted.

I think I’ll add some ham to tonight’s dinner of omelettes / scrambled eggs and salad.
