I've only used Co-pilot sparingly at work to help draft some Excel compliance checklists but we are being encouraged to use it more than I would like. We had a guest speaker from Deloitte come last year to speak to us and statistics show that up to 1 in 7 people are currently in a 'romantic relationship' with an AI partner.

Give me a cup of tea in person with someone who is authentic anyday..

It's very scary. I'm booked in for an AI workshop next Thursday morning for work. I want to see how others in the company use it in their roles.

Thanks for asking and I hope you had a good week .

The class was a MS365 Copilot one and I watched the replay again yesterday. I had 2 meetings via Teams and I've used the 'transcribe' and 'record' function for both. Each time, every attendee has to give permission for the meetings to be recorded via a pop up and then the good stuff happens..minutes are automatically transcribed, action points noted (can be put into table format if needed), recaps can be run as the meeting progresses and at the end, it gave me a list of what I have to do next week. It even recognises which of the speakers is my boss and what guidance she has provided for my project work for next week.

There is also a function when you can ask Copilot to act as your Executive Assistant or Project Manager. This helps organise your day, skim through upcoming meetings and make suggestions for time management etc but I'm pretty clued up and organised in that respect anyway.

They gave the example of ChatGP not being able to correctly indentify how many 'r's are in the word strawberry as well..

This drove me mad just a few seconds..watch at your peril..
