Thanks Andrew Walker, my father passed away at 8 am this morning, must have known it was about to happen as i stayed up till about 3.30 am as i couldn't sleep . Waiting to hear what the next step is, not sure how i am feeling at the moment. At least my brother was polite when we had to ring him.

Thanks MR, it's funny, even though i knew it was coming it is still a shock when you get the call. My older sister said she even got emotional and teary when the news came through as she thought she wasn't going to feel anything. A few loose ends to tie up but going to have a quiet day as i haven't had much sleep. Thank you again.

At least today i noticed Coles has bought back the spiced rum and fig ice cream for Christmas this year, it is moreish.

Thanks mate, his service was nice and peaceful, it was a nice way to go out , Tying up lose ends with the solicitor on the 29th which will feel strange as it would have been his 92nd Birthday

Funny, feel a great sense of calm the last week now, got a copy of his birth certificate today and it explained a few things that he was rambling on about not long before he passed, we just thought he was delirious ( and he was ) but it did explain a couple of things about where he was born and his parents which really confused my sister and me because he had never talked about it before.
