You've gotta be careful with webster packs.
I couldn't function the other day.
After a sleepless night I had hot/cold flushes, headaches and I was wobbly.
I worked out over coffee that I'd taken morning tablets the night before by mistake.
Some tablets can be very unforgiving. Quick withdrawals with severe symtems.
It pays to be careful.

Speaking of sleep or lack thereof, I’m living off barely any at the moment. A restless fur boy cannot sleep at night anymore. It’s so sad and breaking my heart.Originally posted by eddie View PostYou've gotta be careful with webster packs.

The better half does the webster pack up weekly for their medication and has to double check quite often to see whether it was the night or morning medications, like you some of the medication can only taken morning and others nightly and they have taken the wrong ones before.Originally posted by eddie View PostYou've gotta be careful with webster packs.

Luckily the only medication i have to take is the one same tablet morning and night and even then i sometimes forgot to take it at night time.

Thats not good MR and sorry to hear that. Funny we were having a discussion with friends yestetday who i had lunch with out the Penrith Regional Gallery, the couple dont go away very much anymore or 99 % of the time cant go out together because someone has to be at home with the dogs because they are old now and have anxiety attacks if left alone to long and its mainly because of their age as the dogs werent like that when they were younger.Originally posted by mightyrooster View Post

Yes I get what your friends are saying. It seems so true sadly. We’ve certainly noticed his anxiety levels have increased the past 12 months. He doesn’t like being separated from me and reacts to slight noises or visual cues he’s unfamiliar with. About 5 weeks ago we had a super freezing night of minus 7.5. We’ve upgraded the heating so it now gets switched off at bedtime and the house does get really cold on those sub zero nights and it’s been a really cold winter here this year. I thought this was causing his restlessness so I bought him a new bed and blanket, but the behaviour has continued even on ‘warmer’ nights. He wakes me up without fail between 4:00-5:00 and won’t settle. Whimpering, panting, agitated. I have a vet appointment in about a week. I’m worried it’s the start of doggie brain decline as apparently it’s one of the early signs along with increased anxiety.

Hope the vet can give you some answers MR, it is sad when you can notice something is wrong with your furbabies but they themselves cant tell you what is wrong.Originally posted by mightyrooster View Post

I lost my dobermann over 20 years ago and I'm still not over it.
I could never replace him.

This is the first dog I’ve owned and raised from a 9 week old puppy. I grew up with childhood family dogs of course but he is our family pup which my kids have grown up with so yes I know what you mean Eddie. Just thinking about him getting on and showing signs of decline is upsetting.Originally posted by eddie View Post

It’s very sad. 64 years is way too young and it makes you realise how fragile life can be and to not take things for granted. Take care Eddie.Originally posted by eddie View PostI find myself a little down today at the news of Sam Backo passing away.
I met him quite a few times and can confirm the stories about him are all true, He was a real character, and only 64 years old.
He leaves me with good memories.

I’m also feeling down about this place. Even this thread, there’s not many tea drinkers left now. I wish everyone could just embrace everyone for who they are and their differences. It doesn’t take much effort to show tolerance and realise if we were all the same, with the same interests and personalities, life would be so much more boring.

Im feeling down here to MR, the weather hasnt helped of late but i have had no proper internet access here for the last two weeks, there has a been a very localised NBN outage in our area, the phone calls and messages from Telstra have been going around in circles, feels like both of us here at home have spent half our day on the phone every day since the outage. That is why have hardly been on here lately , almost impossible to do things on the phone on this site and others like posting clips etc. Telstra saying it will be fixed by tonight, somehow i doubt it.Originally posted by mightyrooster View PostI’m also feeling down about this place.
