Yes it is, which is why he has been banned again. However, some posters were very lucky the bunker was in a very nice mood when they escaped a ban altogether. Those posters should be thankful for their lucky circumstances and the fact they are still here and able to pass judgements. Nicely of course.

Which almost happened, i was going to order a duck, wonton and noodle soup then changed my mind to soy chicken noodle soup but in the end just ordered a plain wonton soup which was so satisfying.

I think you’ll find most posters are able to make up their own minds about how others interact and treat others. If you spend enough time here you get to know which posters like to target and troll certain posters. As nice as it is to wield influence in a nice and beneficial way, sometimes it’s just not necessary.
