    Collins is in career best.
    Radley is in career worst.
Cheese needs a bigger motor. Gets lazy when he’s tired.
The Butchers don’t offer enough on the edges in attack.
Lodge will give us some punch off the bench that we’ve been missing, just needs to get some game time under his belt.
Our backline are great front runners but not great in a grind.
The halves need to add some more strings to their bows, too predictable.
The season is a long way from over, as we saw last year though, dropping games we should win has a big impact.

On a positive note, it's the first game all year that Easts haven't had the lead at some stage.
1985: 1 try vs Parramatta, 1 try vs Manly, 1 try vs Wests, 2 tries vs Souffs
1986: 2 tries vs Illawarra, 1 try vs Balmain, 2 tries vs Norths.

Is this one of those things we're Robbo is tinkering with things and holding the team back and after origin, he's going to unleash the team like the rampage we went on towards the back end of last year

Because other than that ... we look far worse than last year !

            Couldn’t be any more true
            Manu seems abit disinterested
sualli and Tupou - someone needs to jump for the back I have been begging for weeks to use the cross field kick as no one will be able to compete with these guys - only for them not to jump this week
I think we thought cross field kick would win and didn’t have a plan b! Once Gus and Sitili come back we should have more punch on the edge
need Watson asap to give smith and radley 15 or 20 min rest each game

radley needs to find his form back

i am more interested in reserve grade now this week with gus, Sitili, smith, brown and Napa playing

I thought Manu tried too hard last night. Admittedly he had to go looking for the ball in attack as we offered absolutely nothing down our right edge all night but some of his defensive reads were very uncharacteristic and spoke of a player trying to come up with individual big plays.

Love that attitude just think like Teddy he's a little off the boil. There was one play where Manu went up for an attacking kick and we've all seen him pluck that kick out of the air and score that try a dozen times but he wasn't even close and knocked it on, just said to me he's rusty.

Both he and Teddy had big world cup schedules, returned late to pre-season and then on top of that Manu has had to sit out for 2 months with an injury and then served a suspension.

I'm not worried about Teddy or Manu, it's just a matter of time before they come good.. I just hope that's sooner rather than later.

                  But I wouldn't say he's disinterested.

Time for Rads to go to reggies.
                    Terrible atm.

                    Nat to lock.
Sitili / Gus to 2nd row

Yes, you're right. I realised my mistake after I logged off and went to bed.

                      Thanks for clarifying.

It makes things worse doesn't it? Easts have led in every single game this year, but have only iced 3 of 6.

I've acknowledged my mistake. Mea Culpa. Move on.
