Pauga in the 19 after squad has been trimmed. Any chance he debuts fornus this week ? Drew to bench Allen out ?

I think Thomas may come into the 17 and Allen as 18th player

I wouldn’t read too much into it.

In Round 1 when we were without Joey Manu Robbo picked Pauga as 19th man with Allan on the bench and Hutchinson in the centres. Same as what he’s done this week.

Pretty standard practice for Robbo to have his 18 & 19th players be one forward and one outside back.

Ok, wishful thinking on my behalf.

I would love to see it, I thought Pauga looked really impressive in pre-season and if not for Paulo’s early season form I think there would be an argument to move Suaalii back onto the wing to give Pauga an opportunity. I hope he does get he a chance at some point though.

From Twitter: A minor ankle injury at training. Shame, was coming on in leaps and bounds.

                  Hopefully back next week.

Wow you didn't miss there, all guns blazing. Lol

I dont always agree with Rooster 6's pov but do appreciate the time & thought process involved in delving deeper into a topic & response to other posters.

At times has made me see the glass half full/empty in a conversation which I enjoy.

Thank you FINALLY all is explained.

I agree with you. May has become first 13 quality and hopefully keeps improving.

We heard the big tickets on him at the Chookpen first. Another scoop...

I agree wholeheartedly. Pauga looked very likely in the limited time he had during the pre-season.

I love reading 6s opinions I just don’t like how she always overrides what others have to say as if she is trying to prove them wrong.

You criticise everyone’s opinion on here. I won’t stand for it.

I agree, I'm no Ben Thomas fan but I just think Robbo would want to run with an extra middle in this sort of game. Could be wrong though. It makes little sense when 95% of the time, the utility/back-up doesn't play any mins when left on the pine or they get brought on for 10mins out of position like that poor pommy bloke we signed last year.

Let's hope he doesn't make the same mistake by playing Allen on the bench. If he's in the 17 he should be starting in the three-quarters.

Hutcho should be coming off the bench.
