  • Dislike Button?

Hey Mods, was just wondering if a dislike or thumbs down button could be introduced. I occasionally scroll other team sites & noticed some have them.

It could add another dimension to a thread like if someone gets to 10 dislikes they get automatically shut out of that thread. Kind of like a Survivor voting out ceremony.

Or a person who gets the most likes in a thread could have the power to ban a poster for 1 week from the Chook Pen.

Any thoughts? - please like this to dislike.

(please note this is tongue-in-cheek) It's a bye week & some of the natives get restless when there's not a game on.

Dislike button why not The rest are ridiculous ideas that would be open to abuse This site is not some sort of reality tv game
I respect all our moderators here. Past present and even future. Always have done and always will do a wonderful job.

Feels like a good way of bullying; like Reddit.

If you had a Roosters flair there and wrote “the sky is blue” you’d be on -5 in 20 mins for no reason lol

Better if the person who gets the most likes gets to be a Mod for a day and the one with the most dislikes gets to be a Mod for a week

plenty of bullying & abuse already out there.
Might as well make a game out of it.

              Ridiculous ideas.
Open for bullying and harassment to rule the forum.
Mods should rule the forum/threads, according to their rules in place now and in the future.

The site is fine as it is. A dislike button would probably cause more conflict. Maybe have a sticky souffs thread so we can stop having tons of souffs threads lurking around

This has been tried and it was a roaring failure

You know I’m beginning to warm to this idea I do love a good game especially one that entails those four principles I would be honoured to take part in it should the mods ever see fit
