03 & 04 still bug me after all this time. Massive missed chances to add to the trophy cabinet.

I’ll get over it. As long as Souffs don’t win it then I’ll be fine.
      Bring on 2023 haha

Anyone but Souffs and Ricky’s faiders. I live n Canberra but can’t stand the dirty, grubby green machine. At least the Storm have gone too.

I hear you Eggspert...that one will burn for a long time. Awful feeling, I'm still not sure what just happened!

Was very confident we'd get the cash today and send them packing, but alas it's us drowning our sorrows.

People will say the officiating didn't lose us the game, and in itself of course that's true. But the refereeing standard was so poor it hugely impacted the flow and dynamics of the game. They handled it better than we did.

Its ludicrous to send players to the bin at that rate, often from milking and the ref submitting to crowd noise. I'd say if it was reffed properly, only Burgess gets marched, possibly sent off. No one else but maybe some just on report.

          Losing Teddy was a killer.

I still think we win a proper, tough skilled contest today without the above officiating. The question is why cant we handle things better when the cubby house falls down, and we need a Plan B. We're unstoppable with Plan A.

The centres were really bad, especially Hutch. Most of us seen that coming. Its criminal getting stripped out wide with the opposition playing short. And his attack was b grade standard.

Losing those games early on we should have won is somewhat down to Robbo, sorry.

Suaalii will be a dynamic fullback.

Fark....what a horrible gig was today.

I don't think that tonight's game comes close to the feeling of losing the 1997 ARL preliminary final in controversial circumstance or losing the bitter battle of the 2004 grand final against the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs

How crucial was it to not have Manu today to slot into fullback once we lost Teddy.

Can't blame Hutcho at all, he was asked to perform in a position that was beyond him.

The grubs came to spoil & be dirty & we fell for it.

We got what we deserved this yr....u can't turn up for one third of the year and expect to win a comp.

                          I’m sitting here shattered tonight
But after losing Teddy,Tupou and Angus during the game the result was expected.
Hope next year the injury Gods finally shine on us as it feels relentless since 2020

Plan B was gone after we lost Teddy we also lost Crichton and Toups and had no Manu to take the fullback position. Suaalii has never played NRL fullback and we lost ariel advantage on the wings. Wings and centres of Momo, Kevvie, Hutch and Watto would be the worst in the comp at any time this year and that is no disrespect to those players. Those five playing for half a game in those positions there is no plan B that can win against a full strength top 8 team. Injuries just cruelled us again.

So true injuries did not help but just hurts when the opposition plays grubby tactics (head highs and milking) to win the game! We certainly need a centre for next year....if we are looking at some learning points..
