Hopefully Victor is back and Joe Suaalii.
This is the team , I dont know why Keighran hasnt got any game time in first grade. Let him play for Norths today.

WTF is this obsession some of our fans have with Keighran He is bog average and an awful defender
I respect all our moderators here. Past present and even future. Always have done and always will do a wonderful job.

Mom's best position is wing, I think. I was desperate for Keighran in the team last year when Walker was missing a lot of goals. He made some good breaks as well, but I haven't seen enough of him this year. Also, we have a Great Britain international rep centre there now.

If Souths get back to full stregth Hucth will be targeted and exposed. Murrays quick play the balls and their shift left scares the **** out of me.

Id' be looking at giving the Pom a run. And he'd be used to defending in the centres.

Hutcho is a solid defender when playing closer to the action. He is found wanting in the centres.

I guess he filled in OK there last year. Hasn't played a lot this year.

Keith if he did well there he would have had ample opportunity there this season, especially over the last theee weeks when we have been playing Hutch there.

Any flop can play for England. Reality is that the bloke couldn’t crack into Tigers team.

Yeah Joe Burgess and Ryan Hall were both best of the best when playing for England.

England doesn't have a contest between Teddy, Trbo, Ponga, Pap, 'Trell, Sua'ali'i...etc (then JAC, Gagai, Holmes...etc kinda standard) for positions in their backline.

Right now the model 'winger' for Australia seems to be a 195cm islander with a junior high jump record, the strength of a front rower (often displayed when throbbing all the big boys in defence) and the footwork of a 178cm half.

The standards here are so high that when Feldt scored that try last week I was impressed, but not amazed. If I'd seen that shyte while watching 80's / 90's yawnion then I woulda been outta breath for weeks. IMO it's easy to forget how good guys like Feldt and Holmes are on a global standard. No English winger would come close.

The Roosters picked him up for a reason. He's been on the field the last 2 weeks.

Lots of players have been unwanted at one club only to shine at another. The Roosters have a few over the years .

I think the fact he's a regular centre is an advantage over someone who just fills in out of necessity.

Toops may be back I hear hopefully fit though not like 2017 but cannot see Manu back and even this season if they progress - missed a game with a calf strain but this calf strain looked more serious - grade 2 at least

                          Robbo's choices

                          Certainties

                          Fullback - Tedesco
                          Wing - Suaalii

                          Possibilities

                          Wing - Momirovski/ Naiqama
                          Centres - Momirovski/Gildart/Hutch/Naiqama

One would say Hutch will be in the 17 - whether it be centre or on the bench

                          Bench
                          Watson
                          SST
                          E Butcher
                          ????

Second half was sloppy maybe because their minds where on next week - Souths will be a different team and the Roosters will have to be better - when you have the foot on the throat don't release the foot or relax.

The Roosters should have nailed the game when 26-6 up as they chances on the Souths try line - one in particular when they had 4 or 5 on 2 and instead of through the hands a cut out pass was thrown which i think went to ground and then when the ball was regathered the player was tackled and the opportunity missed.

Similar situation in the NRLW game - no cut out pass - the ball went through the hands - catch /draw and pass with a try being scored in the corner to capitalise on the overlap created.

I dont think Joe Burgess was ever called best off the best though and Ryan Hall was unlucky - dd his ACL after signing and had a few ongoing knee problems as well.

One English player the Chooks could look at if tall wingers are the go is Dominic Young - 2 metres and 108kg and plenty of speed -those Jamaican's can sure run
