        I agree Rick Geo Astley.

I don't get why everyone fires up or cries when he says he wants a new contract. Or wants him to just walk away.

Personally I like the fact the fires still strong in the bloke. I'd be very disappointed if he gave up.

I do think he's past it. I've been saying it like a lot of us for ages, really BlindFreddy could see it.

Sometimes players are like a fighter, they need the tap on the old rock n boulder.

I'm actually starting to warm to the idea of him moving to the wing, IF he has to stay. I saw a bit of footage on that NRL on FOX show about Pearce and Mini actually looked good with the 2 on his back. I honestly don't see he's any worse than our other wingers, any of them. Of course it would mean stopping the winger out of dummy 1/2 thing, which wouldnt be a bad thing IMO.

It's at FB where he's unable to compete IMO, the positions changed so much and he isn't able to contribute any more, other than maybe his taking of the high ball.

Also he's our only 10yr veteran, I'm sure they still have that massive cap discount rule for those players??? He wouldn't be a cap burden, he's very marketable with sponsors, well liked by fans and well respected by other players.

If we are smart we could extract a little more juice from the old bastard. IF were smart, that's a big IF mind you, it's not our usual thing though.

Fire up Mini, squirt some sauce.

            Fair enough mate.

Probably not enough room for Pezzdispenser and Mini on both wings IMO.

I'm going to say this here.

Since he married the Imelda Marcos of the eastern suburbs, Terry Biviano, Mini's become more about the society pages than football.

STSAE in last weeks Big League he was saying how he is ready for Origin this year. Im with everyone else he is a top guy a Gentleman but he just has No punch from FB. But it's funny how others like Ricky Stuart see him still as a top class FB. It could happen that if Mini himself does not get injured & Dugan remains out & Hayne who is a game to game proposition is not fit, he will probably get the gig.

Im not sure if the Blues selectors are overly fussed on Brett Stewart who I would go with. I think because last year he was asked to play but he was on his injury comeback & probably could have played but didn't, maybe that was Haslers call. But Mini never let them down in Origin last year.

Why would you even read or know who's in the social pages John???

Agreed mate, Stewart would be my FB. I do get the feeling Stewarts like Lyon, feels used by NSW in the past, won't make himself available.

IMO Mini was very lucky in Game 2, it all fell his way. But in Game 3 he was embarrassing.

That said no one was gonna beat them last year, Lang Park, Lockheads farewell.

Not me. I have a female...friend who does.

She also informed me of Kristina Keneally's peccadillo.

Can't wait to hear the slaggin' & remarks on here about Morticia & her Count when Foxtel's new show on the lives of footy WAGS starts in a couple of weeks. It's going to be cringe worthy stuff
