  • Storm Eye Gouge

Very first tackle of the match. Lowrie on Kennedy, plain as day Lowrie rakes Kennedy's eyes. Kennedy gets up clutching his face.

    Watch the replay.

Storm still get away with plenty of grappling too.

Its not grappling Ox. Watch a replay, and see the amount of times the storm can turtle a man onto his back. The storm players are great at this, and it is a simple thing players are taught in u12's. The storm players are very good at keeping there feet in a tackle, we couldnt even get them to the ground. When we did it was rarley on their back, and they had a far quicker play the ball than us.

          A well coached team.

No mate. Nothing to do with why we lost and nothing to do with sour grapes. Just an example off Storm dirty stuff. Watch the replay.

I'm not talking about turning guys on their back, I'm talking about grabbing guys around the throat. Plenty of it in the first half.

Just watched the replay. Wouldn't call it deliberate.

While we're on about how the Storm get away with things, Ryles playing the ball, or more like pushing it under his 'right' foot a few times, yes right foot. I noticed someone last year saying how he hated the fact that he only played it with his left. Anyway, how many penalties have I seen awarded against this year at other games when the tackled player doesn't play the ball correctly?

No one says you have to agree with the many angered fans here venting on the refs decisions being bad. But your on a mission to argue on behalf of the Storm or more like against the Roosters. We know your view but please watch the match again and see how decision early in a game can turn the game against one team. If you can't see that then so be it (might want to try and become a ref ) but many of us know we are right on this one.

I never really liked Ryles so to me he wasn't a great loss but it may go to show how some coaches can get more out of other players. However, like you, I turned off after the 2nd half 2nd try so I can't really say how Ryles went. I do believe that had he been wearing the RWB, he would have been penalised for something trivial,

A team and club with character can bounce back. We were no chance.

Who said we had character...? all we want is to be treated fairly. If you want character, you might have to look elsewehere as that hasn't been here for a long time.
