Well if you think that then tell your HR not to pay you so much or accept any of the pay rises. Not sure many would agree with being paid way too much - Teachers/ Health Professionals/ Transport/ Hard working Corporate Staff especially in the NSW Department of Education etc etc.

Us PSA members were on strike on 8th June and Teachers and Transport are striking too.
