  • Is Hutch our new Aubo?

I know it's very early to compare him to such a legend, but he is showing signs of being able to fill in pretty much anywhere but outside back (well, maybe centre in a pinch).

I rate this bloke so highly for the money he must be on. Many pan him on here, but he does the job for us better than many.

    What do you all think?

No I liken him to Anasta on a quarter of the wage

      Hutch is a good player.
Not the best in the NRL, but has been a valuable asset for us.

Aubusson no but I love having Hutch in the side. A natural footballer. I rate him very highly.

Look in all fairness he may lack some flash about him you are right he gets the job done most of the time and tries his absolute heart out whenever he wears our jersey. I can’t recall i’ve seen a game from hutcho when he has half assed it so on that alone he gets a huge tick in my eyes. He is providing more use to us then first thought and again props to the guy to expand his game to allow himself to play these positions

Hutch has a chance to shine today and I hope he nails it big time. I reckon he is much better suited at 5/8 than as a 14 playing hooker, and dummy half. Get some good service to the outside men, tackle everything and kick well.... good luck Hutch.

True statement . Such a great bench player and replacement for when we are down. Could well be a stater with most other clubs but very happy he is staying with us.

He’s the closest thing we’ve got at the moment. Not a superstar but a good versatile player who gives it his all every game.

he's been very solid for us over the last couple of years and a big reason why our season didn't go completely pear shaped last year after all the injuries

In ability only. Anasta was a bitch. Hutch puts in 100% regardless of his position on the field, bench, or Norths.
