Chase Shane Flannagan as our coach and bring his son, Flannagan (he is a great Bulldogs player) , over to the Roosters as a halfback.

What is sorely needed is another Cronk. There is another one (perhaps the only one apart from Cleary) playing now but the opportunity is long gone. Adam Reynolds is that man - a superb game reader, supreme awareness, all the kicks, has time all the time, tough as and a maestro clearly in the Cronk stratum. Early days but he will have the Broncs contending this year. What a missed opportunity.
