Radley in this next game will be up against the giant 197cm 107kg Tino F.
I feel a steamrolling coming on.

I understand that you think Radley is too small and too light for the lock forward position.
But cast your mind back to the 2019 Prelim and the 2019 GF.
Radley took it upon himself to keep Nelson and Josh Papalli in check, and he pretty much did that for the entire duration of those games.
Its part of the reason the Roosters won the comp that year.
You are right, size of the forwards in the current RL season does matter.
But in Radley's case , its not the size of the dog in the fight, but the size of the fight in the dog.

And the rest of our forwards are travelling pretty good at the moment.
I would be very surprised if our forwards don't get on top in the forward battle (like they have in the past fortnight)
Tino and the titans should not pose a problem, unless we get dropsy again, and cannot score points

Given how rarely we go on losing streaks and how short they actually are I would say don’t change what’s worked in the past.

That you refer to (repercussions/kneejerk/backflip/panic decision making) isn't Robbo's style, never has been. And the club is all the richer for it.

You haven't noted that over the past decade he has been running the place?

        Other notes.......

On Hutchison, he is the best currently available for the role.
Watson (the best choice) is injured.
Lam really hasn't shown enough in first grade yet to command a bench utility role.

Momorovski didnt even play last week FFS. He deserves another crack. Smith isn't knocking the door down form wise either.

For me, no he's not. A utility for me is someone who comes in and changes the game aka Watson, Brandon Smith etc. There's no point in having Hutchison if he's just going to play 10-15 minutes, and not actually contribute on the field, but just pass, pass, pass. Verrills can go the 80 minutes. And even if he couldn't, I'd prefer Lussick and Marschke to Hutchison. On top of that, we don't need him to cover injuries. Radley can play 9, manu can play 5/8, Crichton and Sitili can play centre. For me, since we dont have Watson atm, use this position for a player who can actually use up some minutes and make a dent in the defence, aka Tuku or DSF

its a shame Trent has Victor covered in bubble wrap. protecting him from possible suspensions. He needs to play a bit more free instead of this first or second receiver passer role.. he needs a 9 role early in the tackle sets to scoot and make the meters from dummy half. If momo fails i would move satili in the centres and use Egan as our 2nd row.

A utility is someone who can cover a number of differen t positions. What you are describing is an impact player

                    Great looking team.

Ebutch and Watson to possibly come in. Once we gel that team can win the comp. Hopefully no injuries.

                    Go Easts.

And the previous regular season game in 2021.

Hope Sam Walker has been practicing his field goals.

I don’t think we will be getting it all our own way. The Roosters Way. Especially on current form.

Well it depends on whether you want a utility on the bench or an impact player. The original post said that Hutch was the best available for his current role. That role is to cover multiple positions. You then went on to describe a completely different role to that of a utility and said he's not needed. If you want an impact player than I agree with you, because the Hutch is anything but that. He does however cover multiple positions at an acceptable level so is an adequate utility

His kicking game can make an impact. Especially from dummy half
