I agree with you, Jack, but I'll add one more thing.
I thought Teddy ran much better today - his best game of the season, and hopefully, he is be coming into form.

The team has plenty of improvement but it needs to happen fairly quickly. If we consider them to be a top four side we can't afford to drop games against teams like the Steelers and Knights.
I'm just not feeling it right now.Born and bred in the eastern suburbs.

it's ironic but if you're going to lose games it's better to lose them v teams that probably won't be pushing for the 8. they won't knock us out of the 4/8. we're 2 points off third spot so if we can beat a few teams above us we'll go alright.Originally posted by Vasco View PostThe team has plenty of improvement but it needs to happen fairly quickly. Your grandfather would have been grateful to share that laugh with you too Johnny..I try not to get wound up over ANZAC day results anymore like I used to but I really did hope we were going to pull that one off..oh well..so close yet far away...Originally posted by Johnny Brass View Post
My grandfather fought over in France during the 1st world war and never spoke about it much though I remember dad telling me that we were lucky to be here because he had got shot, gassed at another time and buried under dirt when a shell exploded near the trenches and a mate had pulled him out. I turned to my old pa and asked him if he died which made him crack up laughing.
The other thing i remember was an old digger mate called in and they were saying that a shovel was better than the rifle and bayonet in close quarters in the trenches.
Always grateful for the sacrifices of our armed services.

im of the opinion that refs dont get to make personal opinions , they got a rule book to followOriginally posted by horrie hastings View Post

now im sure none of us wanted to see toops get binned BUT, if Ramalala hadnt of got up , toops would of got ten ..at least....thats the problem, refs are waiting on the result of the swinging arm instead of making a decision due to a swinging arm.

And we are to top 4 teams what the Tigers are to us.Originally posted by Vasco View PostThe team has plenty of improvement but it needs to happen fairly quickly. If we consider them to be a top four side we can't afford to drop games against teams like the Steelers and Knights.

Momo is a victim of no space and time... Until our halves get going and Teddy plays straight he will continue to get rubbish service...Originally posted by nayfo View PostI agree that Momo is garbage but who should take his place?
Honest question as I have no idea…..Kevin Naiqama, Adam Keighran?
