Hey all. Just made the trek back home to the Sunny Coast after watching the Chooks get away with one. I am sure I saw a few chook penners there......just don't know who is who!

Big shout out to Toops. The tough carries he does out of our end and the metres he makes are invaluable. So underrated and just an outstanding winger!

The days of a winger being a finisher are long gone, I have 3 criteria for that position and in order of importance I rate yardage out of your end the most important followed by ability under the high ball then finishing and toups excells in all 3 categories.

Full appreciation and love for stoops and his input but I’m cincerened when I see our winger putting runs up the guts and making the tough yards when our big boppers should be. I know he comes in to take the pressure off these blokes but it’s worrying that his runs uomthe middle look more effective than those of our pigs.

I spoke with Toops on Thursday and I told him all what you have all said. He is so humble. My son asked him why he never smiles after he scores a try. He laughed and said he didn’t want to appear arrogant.

Toups is another forward and gets us out of a lot of trouble with his runs in our half. I rate him as one of our superstars and with Manu has been our best player so far. These two have carried the team along with Walker.

The kid has been the best winger in the NRL over the last decade. Name me another if you disagree.

Where does this bloke rank as the best wingers for Easts since the NRL era ? The only other wingers I can think of which comes close to him is Anthony Minichiello, Roger Tuivasa Sheck & Shaun Kenny Dowell.
