I think the refs are to blame for this loss. Penrith were offside all game and held us down when we wanted to play the ball.

It was the refs fault we lost,
no it wasnt,
it was because we had to back up from monday night footy (short turn around)

it was because it was a hot sunday afternoon,

it was because the panthers turned up to play footy & win where the Roosters turned up but were just not in the contest.

There are some games where after 5 minutes u can see the other side is up for it and you are not. This was one of those for me. Even before penrith scored I think their defence was so much stronger than ours. It will be a long year people. Does anyone else wonder what we do in the off season in regards to attacking play?
If that is the attacking strategy , 4 hits UPS and then bomb, then Smith needs to go.
