I dunno how this would address this 'problem'. We lose lotsa players that we can't afford to keep, which feeds quality into other clubs' rosters (which they then use against us despite all we've invested in those players).
IMO part of why some clubs struggle is cr@p recruitment, which isn't the NRL's responsibility.Comment
