  • Best Banner at games?

What have been the best banners by chook supporters?? Thoughts …

My all time fave was “We will beat you with our cocks”.
Were any of you guys, or girls on this site responsible for that gem of a banner?

Big Rob brought a banner to the 2019 gf that said "Admit it you have cock envy" that was one of my favourites.

If not that then it will be the all reliable Wayne's "giggity giggity"

        Wayno's got the best banners.

Giggidy giggidy's my favourite. I also like the victory banner. Not sure why it's all Family Guy kit though?

Maybe Wayne knows. Who's he on here anyway?

The replacement banner after Ray Hadley had that one banned:

"We will beat you with our Hadleys"

While I did not make this banner I held it for many years at the games. I had it during the 2000 GF.

Cox Sports or was it Coqs sports?

              Theres been some crackers.

Being a Canberra resident for a while now, I’ve seen a fair few of theirs over the years and one in particular still stands out as one of the best I’ve ever seen...

‘Who needs a big Willie when you have a great Tongue.’

There was a fence banner in the early 1970s that was about 40 metres long which read: "Eastern Suburbs masters of the Sydney rugby league shall forever strive for the premiership of 1972" (or words to that effect). Another I can remember required me to consult a dictionary - "Refulgent Roosters" (it means "shining gloriously bright").

Refulgent. One of those words that does not sound like its meaning. More like - " I ate too much rich mexican food, now I feel refulgent".
