Buzz reported recently in one of his columns, some more LOL @ Souffs for the offseason.

"There is a big story at South Sydney about a physical altercation between two WAGS that has been covered up from when the team was staying on the Gold Coast.

The wife of one player and the partner of another were at the Bedroom Lounge Bar, an Orchid Ave nightclub, when things turned nasty after the team’s presentation awards.

We’re talking hair-pulling, a bit of pushing and shoving and some horrible language before the girls were separated in front of startled patrons.

We have chosen not to name the ladies, however we will be keeping an eye on the two players and their body language next year to see if it has affected their relationship.

Obviously they are both standing by their other halves.

According to a witness, it was obvious which WAG caused the fight.

We’re told the relationship between the two ladies has not been properly patched up. Souths managed to keep the incident hush-hush but everyone in the team knew about it.

Coach Wayne Bennett was made aware of the incident but it wasn’t reported to the integrity unit because investigators only act on registered players, coaches or officials.

Both players remain at Souths next year. This makes for an interesting scenario with new coach Jason Demetriou taking over from Bennett. He’s already lost skipper Adam Reynolds, centre Dane Gagai and second-rower Jaydn Su’A.

The last thing he can afford is for a falling out among his senior players.

The Rabbitohs will soon announce a new captain to take over from Reynolds. The joint favourites are Cam Murray and Cody Walker ahead of Damien Cook and Latrell Mitchell"

That's pretty funny, but sounds like nothing will come of it. Bloody Souffs! They were probably high on crack or something and arguing about absolute BS like a bunch of junkies.

One thing I like about our WAGs is they don't look like a bunch of trophy partners/socialites who are big on the social scene...etc. They seem to have their own lives/careers/hobbies to worry about.

Boring too - they read shite like Cleo, gossip endlessly, watch shite like Love Island, pollute nice places like Byron with their prescence, obsessed with astrologically related gobbldygook.............but at heart, they are simple bogans. Quite the juxtaposition.

Harsh but fair Face. At school (especially co -ed high school) females at a certain age seem to put enlightenment well back in their aspirations yet still manage to outperform most males at that modest level.
Australia and its anti intellectual character and Murdoch media encourage a main desire in them to get with the "real" world - the world of their parents - Cleo, Survivor, Big Brother, Love Island, Home and Away, quiz shows that don't require one to actually know anything and sport. It all fits in nicely with the real purpose of existence - procreation. How boring, but the hormonal urge is far too powerful to resist when there's not much else going on in the head.

And, of course, life is not that. After a partner is found the real reality cuts through - low wages, the impossibility of home ownership for most and a bunch of kids on the same track to ennui. Solace is found via the same familiar things - Cleo, Survivor Love Island, cosmetic surgery...........

Many cultures see females as erratic, ruled by emotion and thereby prone to infidelity because of their vanity, emotional commitment to romantic love and, of course, the biological imperative. Not much different to their male counterparts really. Islam, in its many tribal manifestations, covers women up to reduce their sexual effect on men which probably says more about men than it does about the temptresses around them. but yeah, they're a worry, as are males.

Quite a generalisation. Having lived and worked in inner Sydney for many years I can assure there are many kids in their early 20s who don't match your criteria.

As for Cleo, it hasn't been published for years. Get with the times bro.

Good call and yes Cleo hasn’t been published here for 5 plus years but nevertheless the Paddo Colt won the mags Batchelor of the Year.

Well he means it in the sense that it's a generic - plenty more have replaced it and they sell despite the avalanche of dross that can be found on the Net.

I was never the Bachelor BP but I was a better sort than Christian Porter. In fact preserving my looks was the main reason that I stopped hangin' out with the Colts who upended the Rex, the Charles and the Royal on weekends.

On the topic of Islamic culture re females, there is a Saudi movie on SBS Demand that some readers might find interesting. Saudi is one of the strictest Islamic regimes and the movie shows the daily lives of women through the eyes of a pre teen who wants have a bicycle - illuminating. The movie's title. is Wadjda.

Cover the women up (well no point in covering the men up) to ensure that the basic urges on both sides don't get in the way of happy and harmonious communities. It's a small price to pay. I mean how fcuked are our communities where everything is sexualised and just for money?
