The thing is, the OP passed off as fact that Manu was resigning. His source being the Roosters facebook page. The problem was that it wasn't the Roosters facebook page at all. Official club websites don't publish speculative stories and if he thought he was sharing a rumor, he could have added to the thread devoted to what would happen to Manu.

On triple M today with his segment he said “ a club that is very interested in smith weren’t able to submit there offer because of a server that went down but they were able to today, only a minor delay “. So I am assuming you have heard that and put 2&2 together there and ready also mentioned he thinks Manu will stay too.. nothing concrete or confirmation just his thoughts. Lol

If he wants to play like a fullback then being on the wing and dropping back to return the ball makes sense, like when we had Mini at FB in defence and RTS in attack. Or was it the other way around? Anyway, I think a roaming capacity makes sense.

I honestly knew before this was announced on the radio & i knew about the I.T crash that happened at Roosters headquarters this week which did delay our offer to Smiths agent. Im not on here to prove anything but just be happy that someone on here like myself can genuinely give good solid info.

Waiting for news on Joey Manu is somewhat as excruciating as waiting to hear if Freddie Freeman re-signs with the Atlanta Braves since he has become a free agent ( 8 year 135 mill deal expired after the World Series Championship which Atlanta Braves won 4 games to 2 over the Houston Astros) - 5 year 150 mill plus deals on the table may make it difficult for the Atlanta Braves to re-sign him.
