I know a lot of the Kiwi boys looked up to Cayless, but honestly he has been sacked by both the Eels & Warriors previously so I have no idea how good his actual coaching credentials are.

The Head of Performance was advertised as Travis Touma defected to those across the wrong side of Anzac Parade - No news on who the new one is and with pre-season a few weeks away - Starting Middish/Late November they will need to hit the ground running so to speak.

One figures they along with Ryles will have different ideas and plans so it will be interesting how these changes in personal all works out
