  • Tuku Hau Tapuha or Fletcher Baker ?

It's a bit tough to decide but from the game against the Raiders ... Hau Tapuha really played well and strong.

Showed he was very keen everytime he ran the ball so I'm wondering as we head into the finals... we would probably need another big body on the bench who has a bit of go forward... I would pick Tuku Hau Tapuha over Fletcher Baker. Baker is a solid player but Tapuha just seems more aggressive and has a bit of x-factor in him.

    Bench:

    14. Lam
    15. Egan Butcher
    16. Sio Siua Taukeiaho
    17. Tuku Hau Tapuha

    18. Ben Marschke

I'd still have to go Fletcher for the upcoming games, but would have no problems if Tuku gets the spot - he has shown he is more than capable of filling that role and had a great game tonight

I see where you are coming from, but I dare say Baker will get the nod

I think it'll be Baker just because he has played a couple more games and has earned it, but I was very impressed with Tapuha tonight. He has a great physique and ran and tackled very well.
Was also not disappointed with Whyte. I know you can't keep them all, but after Saint Nick mentioned about having "Roosters for life" it'd be great to see a lot of our young guys stay with the club long term.

With JWH and Rads back, there will be no spot for Butcher, Baker r the candle-sick maker

I know he made a few mistakes tonight but Egan Butcher has to be in the 17

I don't think we will be seeing Baker for a while..... looked like he picked up rib damage against Souths, but if he is fit and available I would pick him.

Tupac for me..for the moment.. Fletch is a real good player going places..but is young and gets put on his ass a lot.his physical development is nit quite advanced as Tupac..also has an offload in him

I like them both but Baker just seems to get smashed a lot. Tapuha seems to always be looking for an offload. It probably comes down to who is the better defender. Two good prospects.

                  How old is Tapuha?

                    I think he’s only 19.

Yeah not a negative but he does get hammered a lot, Tapuha now that’s a name for the future, BB loves the big boys, at this stage I would go with Tapuha also.

Yes to Tapuha , he looks good , but I don’t like how he carries the ball. Good for offloading but poor security.

Tapuha every day of the week..

The kid will be a gun for years to come, now I can see why we aren’t rushing for any big name forwards signing!

Fletcher Baker also has great upside but Tapuha has X factor about him, even the commentators were really impressed with him!

                          Looks something special!

I thought a commentator called him a teenager last night. Wow! Imagine him at 22.

Him and Egan B are great prospects. Plus Whyte.
