Despite accepting the charge, Latrell thinks he did nothing wrong. In fact, he's saying the whole thing was self defence!

About 70 seconds after Manu was floored by Mitchell, he charged over to the Souths No.1, saying: “Why did you do that for? It was a dog shot”.

Audio from Channel Nine’s coverage reveals Mitchell yelling back “I don’t need to apologise” and “I was protecting my f---ing head”.

Plenty of white pieces of shit. Especially ones who look for racism when it’s not there so they can virtue signal because they feel so guilty about their “white privilege”.

I would suggest that anyone from the club who speaks publicly about Latrell may have a very different view in private.

Latrell is a piece of shit and it has nothing to do with the colour of his skin.

Yeah I don’t get that. What was he protecting his head from and if so why isn’t he defending the charge? Like I said I am just as much, if not more, annoyed with his arrogant reaction after the event. His lack of remorse and carry on when he got back on the field. That was the part that really got my blood boiling and since I’ve got back on this thread again, I’ve realised it still is!

I know. I was just pointing out people needn't feel guilty for booing Lattrell. Then, true to form, good ol The Skeez played the man (me) and not the ball. And there's yer dis-united. Ho hum...

                  Yes 100%

I would feel totally different if straight away he went to him and apologised, said it was a total accident and showed remorse. But what we got was an arrogant fuuckwit who carried on and then acted all tough when he came back on throwing a ball hard at a kid on the ground. He’s a ****.

It’s obviously very personal for him. Very personal. I had heard he burst into tears when we slammed the door in his face. Now he is very much acting like an abusive ex-husband.

Throwing out his Easts gear in public. That SSTID stuff. Saying he has never been happier. Thanking Souffs when he played his 100th game and not mentioning the club he played 98 of them for.

We need to take out an AVO. He needs to get into therapy.

                  He’s an asshole.

I mentioned in my earlier post on this thread , that I think Latrell has psychological problems , and he is spiralling out of control.
Whether these are mainly caused by by him perceiving that he is the victim of racism , I’ll never know.
But what I do know is that he would have been given advice when he was here at the Roosters (he was in control, and a brilliant footballer) At Souffs , he is out of control.
When people speak to you you can listen to what they say, digest it, think about it carefully and then weigh up whether what they say has merit.
I can tell that whatever was said to Latrell when he was at the Roosters , he has dismissed as someone trying to tell him what to do.
I can tell that from his actions when he left the club , also now with the Manu incident - he harbours resentment to our club - for whatever reason , I don’t know.
One of the great business leaders in Australia once said “There are none so blind as those that do not hear”
                    That’s Latrell in a nutshell

I think you’re on to something there. I think he called our ‘bluff’ thinking Nick would cave in and offer more than the 800k contract. He really thought he was worth the million because he has that level if arrogance about his ability, I mean he’s a brilliantly gifted footballer but ‘I’ doesn’t go into team. I guess he assumed we’d take him back after he came back asking for a second chance. But Nick and Robbo had already moved on so I guess there’s a sense of resentment there and a constant need to prove to the Roosters we were wrong in not giving him that million in the first place.

But with this resentment he just comes across as an arrogant, ungrateful, immature brat. It really annoys me when I think of everything Trent and the club did for him and yet he goes out of his way to deliberately talk about how happy he is now, how great Souffs treat him etc. He’s like a petulant teenager trying to get their parents attention with all the backhanded trash talk.

why would you suggest that? robbo's pretty honest and he said in his presser that he loves latrell. if he thinks he's a pos why would he say that? do you have inside info? forget last friday but in other games when we've played him there seemed to be genuine affection from our players for him after the game.

It’s worse than wanting more money. Apparently he had agreed to the $800K. Then came to the meeting to sign and backflipped saying he still wanted to test the market. Complete surprise for them. As if Robbo and, especially, Nick would put up with that. Our club stands for way too much.

Ah no, you were comparing the Goodes situation with the Latrell situation. And find you’re own post endings...ho hum is mine...

Actually yes I remember someone saying that on here. Could have been you JT. There’s nothing Nick hates more than people backflipping on their word.

You need a spell Coat. The people have spoken.

The thread title is about unity and you threw a comment about inciting booing against Goodes and Mitchell and it needed to be called out. Disunity at its core. Should change it to the DAP
