Should be a fast open game today , hope our ball control improves from last week and feel better with JWH back in the line up. Teddy and Manu to get us over the line.
Easts to win.
trust in trent. i think sammy's a quick learner and he's not putting himself in situations where he's going to get smashed but having a bit of a break could work
Clearly Walker is banged up and the hope from Robbo is they can somehow get through this game without having to use him.
Don't know if he's banged up but Robinson has mentioned on numerous occasions that he's had to overplay and ask a lot of his inexperienced players. Playing Whyte and then dropping him is very typical of how Robinson has brought in debutant forwards in the past, doesn't necessarily mean anything from a form or health perspective.
Robbo giving Sammy a bit of a rest as he has been copping a lot of punishment in his first season. It's a long season for an undersized lightweight rookie halfback in his first season.
It is time to stand up and support those great men from Bondi - those mighty tri-colours, the envy of the league. Fire up you mighty Roosters, fire up!
Despite being injury ravaged and depleted, we want to show that we are still a threat in this competition, especially leading up to the finals series. Get into them Easts. Let's go, and go hard!
We should win well, but I have a feeling that it will be quite close. Easts by 8.
MRR or Rabid
Some people believe supporting the Roosters
is a matter of life and death, I am very disappointed
with that attitude. I can assure you it is
much, much more important than that.
Not feeling particularly confident with walker on the bench. Teddy will be trying to do everything even more so than usual. Could be a tough afternoon.
It’s clear we will end up 5th so I think Robbo has an advantage in the finals by resting as many players now as possible. Rads and Crichton are already being rested (suspension), so by finals time we should be pretty fresh.
