Great article above on Keighran and how he is thriving under the tutelage of Morris in that centre position, well worth a read. Got me thinking, could he be a potential centre option for us next year? We seriously lack a goal kicker and he has filled that spot for us nicely. Hits holes well, solid size and could seriously be a decent option at that centre position for us next year/whilst waiting elsewhere for a goal kicker. Has had a few defensive slips ups but what do you expect after two games in the position? Watson is clearly going to be our 14 and I'd hate to see Keighran completely pushed out of the 17. I'm a massive fan of Billy Smith and he's shown some great glimpses, yet seemingly the combination of bad luck/injury prone will keep him from locking down a spot for a while in that backline. Tedesco, Toups, Keighran, Manu, Suaalii for next season as a back 5? Prior to Keighran, I was always knew there was a 50/60% of adding the 2 to our try, with Keighran now, you can take that up to 80% and an increased confidence we'll add the conversion. Just some food for thought, no need to get hostile if you disagree with me
