BB, you do realise the headline is not factual? This thread is just about rumours being bandied about on a panel show which very few people on here actually watch, including me. I had read a rumour that Freddy was next in line to coach the Eels and then a few hours later, the same gossip columnist (can't quite bring myself to use the word journalist) said that Trent was being offered it. Anyone's names can be tossed up in course of a conversation and just because it happens to be broadcast on TV doesn't make it the truth.

That's all there is to it so please just read my avatar and have a good day.

BB. If the Roosters had to issue a statement or hold a press conference every time some silly rumour was bandied about, there would be no time to concentrate on winning premierships. The only speculation is going on in this thread. Honestly some people just love to panic over nothing. I'd hate to have been living in WWII times with some of you like my parents and grand parents had to. If that is all some of you have to worry about, then count your blessings..
