  • Acknowledging Artie on this years jerseys

    Nice touch Roosters hierachy.

For season 2012 jerseys worn by the 1st grade team will acknowledge Artie's legacy.

    ARTIE #615
1945-2011 written on the front white V.

a merged Chooks/Fabbits outfit would attract ZERO support. Niether of each teams supporters would stay.

Roosters have more then just uncle nick that are and will be willing to poor money into the club...

And not that would ever happen but if roosters n souths ever merged roosters would definitely be the main club coz the reason they would merge would be coz souths would be struggling financially yes rusty Crowe is there now but I doubt he will be there for too much longer n before he arrived n if he left souths were 1 broke joke

Glad I hadn't purchased my 2012 jersey yet...

What odds this will appear on the jerseys for sale?

I don't know if we can rely on Mark Bouris if we lose Nick.

Maybe Johnny Ibs could back us up.

Tell me something, if the Chooks and lol@souffs ever merged, an idea that has been run up the flagpole more than once over the years, who would wear the pants?
Would we be a token sleeve emblem or would the Coq stand proud on the left breast of the red, white, blue, and green jersey?
Piggins asked Nick that very question when Souffs got kicked out and there was talk of a merger. Apparently Piggins asked "how much say would Souffs have in the merger" to which Nick answered "none". And that's as far as talks went.

                              Chook.
