  • Streaming Sites?

Since this question is going to come up a lot over the next few days I though it would be a good idea to start it now so all of us looking for streams can be ready before game time.

Has anyone found any streams for 2012 season? At the moment I have nothing. Last year I payed for livenrl.com and was very disapointed. At first it was good but then they always showed only 1 game live at a time and usually the lesser one. Some games were streamed and some not. Missed two origin matches and all finals (found another site). I was also using rugby.info or yolasite or something. They kept changing their name.

At the moment I am looking around and can't find a thing. Any suggestions?

          For NO MONEY

Sportlemon is very good & offers a number of links, especially if its a 'setanta' irish link being of best quality...there are free software options such as the 'veetle' link & although claiming HD quality can be sometimes flakey

          WARNING!

Depending on which link you pick WAIT UNTIL THE SECONDS COUNT DOWN ON THE AD DIALOGUE BOX (overlapping the view screen), DO NOT SELECT THE "X" to get rid of them, DO NOT TOUCH THEM....rather....when the counter gets to zero you will see the game come on screen ...select ONLY the SCREEN ENLARGEMENT ICON bottom right hand corner of the view panel to blow up the picture & not see those pesky ads as most are insidious worms

Once you get used to negotiating & avoiding the temptation to touch the AD dialogue box, you get the best free links at the one site without being prompted for money or membership

                    Thanks for the tips guys.

I think the sites one can stream depends on the region you are in. For some reason those sites that link to Bet365 just don't work for me. They always end up asking me for cash which I don't mind but I need to know the thing works before wasting time and money.

Ralph - I have a pretty complicated way of getting the games. I like to watch them on my bigscreen tv but unfortunately often end up watching unreliable free streams. At the moment HK is three hours behind Sydney and will be two hours behind once daylight saving ends. So today I am screwed. The earliest I can get home is 5.30 HK time without feigning sickness which I am tempted to do. I used to get the Australia Network which was good but as of last season they only show AFL. Last year I signed up to livenrl.com which seems to be connected to the NRL/Big Pond. The quality is great but you don't know what games are goping to be on and towards the end of the season they stopped showing games altogether. I definitely won't pay for that again.

My plan fot this year is to sign up Setanta. You can choose either tv or online version. Until I get signed up the best I could come up with is rugbyzone.info - It is ok. They always have games but the stream is often poor quality, lots of buffering and restarting.
