Late last year I happened to flick over to the show and Fatty got full on aggressive to Fittler about some twitter / instagram comp Freddy had been doing throughout the year with fans in stadiums. Pretty progressive stuff for Channel 9, I guess. Fatty got confused and angry about it and baldly insulted Fittler right there on the panel. It was insane. I'd be surprised if Freddy went back on the show after it.

Yes they are still advertising the Roast after the Sunday Footy Show

Bear in mind I think there is no Roast this weekend, because after the Sunday Footy Show, Ch9 are then showing the Manly v Warriors game live at midday.
There is no 4.00pm replay this sunday and will instead televise the cricket final. I think the Roast will be back the following weekend

I didn't mind it, it is what it is, fairly annoyed they advertised Boyd & then nothing, apart from that I didn't mind it, I am footy starved though. Actually I could really do without Beau Knows & more football talk, the first half hour hardly talked about football at all, while they were waiting for Gus & Benny they did all the rubbish they usually do later, but hey it's the Footy Show, what did we all expect!?

All I can say is that Hadley must be being paid a shyteload to associate himself with that rathole of a show. Matty Elliott I can understand, he has to pay the bills somehow and assistant coach would be a paycut from head coach, even at the Roosters.

Just another reason why Nine should not have the TV rights. The show is and has been an insult to league fans for years. And I'm not holding much hope for NRL on Fox after the first installment. Matty Johns was being his usual moronic self trying to get the bulk of the camera attention.
