The feeling I get this year is of youthful exuberance and a platform on which we can be a real premership threat over the next few years. Please post here keeping this thread name in mind. We are after all, supposed to be supporters of the club and the team. All in.

Sydney Roosters halfback Mitchell Pearce is in awe of his team's forward pack, particularly their front-row rotation which he believes is up there with the best in the NRL.
The NSW State of Origin No.7 said the foundation club had thrived during a low-key pre-season and confidence was building in the squad ahead of the Roosters' season-opener against South Sydney on Monday night.
"We're a young squad, everyone's been talking about that but I think there's a nice blend of experience there too," said the 22-year-old Pearce, who has played 108 games for the Roosters.
"There's a lot of depth in our squad, we've got an exciting backline and a great forward pack.
"Every front-rower and forward in our team I'd have over most other packs in the comp as far as toughness and aggression go. They're a top pack ... our front-row rotation is great and it's right up there."
That front-row power will be on show against Souths at ANZ Stadium with coach Brian Smith naming Jared Waerea-Hargreaves and Lama Tasi as his starting props with Martin Kennedy and Mose Masoe, who has just re-signed with the club, on the bench.
Pearce said the Roosters benefited enormously from trial wins over Canterbury and Wests Tigers.
"People say 'don't take too much notice of trials' but I think you can. I think if your systems are working well, your attack is slick and your defence is working well then that's a good sign and that's exactly what happened in our two trial wins," he said.
One man delighted to hear of Pearce's praise of the Roosters' pack was Waerea-Hargreaves.
"That's a massive wrap from Mitchell to say we're right up there with the best. Hopefully we can prove him right by starting off with a win on Monday night," said the 23-year-old.
"We've got a strong bond, us forwards. Most of us are young boys and we've still got a lot to prove ... we can't wait to get out there. We're glad the pre-season is out of the way and we can rip in and play some footy now.
"I'm looking forward to the Bunnies game. It's power on power. They've got some big, awesome forwards. It's going to be a huge game."

I respect where you are coming from Asadachi but this is the asylum! The year 2013 marks the beginning of the Roosters next 'decade of excellence', and it will prove to be more successful than the last!
Here's looking at you, kid.

John, generally I don't go for those porn / glamour girls that you love so much. But Megan Gale is very fine indeed. It may be time for Pass The Ball and yourself to get a new thread going.
Rooster Oracle - glad you enjoyed.
Other Dude - harden up sunshine. I hate to say anything good about the bloke but my dear friend Melon already started a similarly themed thread earlier today that was much more inspiring that your extensive 3 lines of diatribe.

Not so much in need of hardening up, rather a simple exercise in outing those who are real supporters, and those who feel it necessary to jack a thread for no reason at all. Posting linked jpegs or you tube clips merely makes them faceless keyboard samurai, not real fans of the team, or the club. Once again; All in.
