Fitzy signs Phenergan

Good on him for signing a decent game. However, serious question for 2022... should we demand 100% commitment from our coaching team?

I'm not suggesting that Fitzy or Cronk are anything less than the highest calibre of professionals, and you want the best... not some flog who will be by your side no matter what (but won't offer much).

However, I'm starting to wonder whether having senior coaching staff courting other teams takes away focus/energy. I mean... when your biggest win of the week is signing Phenergan for a club that's paying you $0 for 2021... how helpful is that to your current club, which is prepping to play against the Eels and Pamfers with 2 more fukking injuries?

I can't articulate it but IMO we should be any coach's main focus. Are we looking a little bit preoccupied this season?

While I have immense respect for Fitzy,its weird that he is wearing two hats....Easts assistant and Sharks 2022 coach

in no other business would an employee keep a job,while working for the opposition at the same time

methinks its time that this issue be addressed,.......before things get out of control

I think after 20 years of service Fitz has given the Roosters we can cut him some slack. He isn't going to approach any of our players whilst at the club.....after he moves on he has a job to do.

4 year contract for a 29 year old Finucane for 2.5 million is a big gamble.....but i guess its better than having Sharon Woods in your forward pack

O'Brien was kept on even though he signed to be the Knights coach for the following season.

IT folk are out the door pronto either when taking up another job offer or services no longer required as they could do some real carnage as the late Great Tony Greig would often say to your IT infrastructure if remaining in employment.
