Despite being a naturally gifted footballer with the ball, in defence he's very grubby. He'd go well playing for the Storm.

Good re-signing, I like hutch as depth.

Yeah great depth , its real showing ,our depth is quite shallow I would say.
Hutch may be a nice guy but he is a park football plodder.

Love Hutch, not a star by any stretch.

But a very good second string that can come in and do a job, same as Iku.

Players like these are needed especially in the modern game when you can easily use 30-35 players in a year.

Also helps that both are extremely popular within the playing group and look to be happy playing second fiddle rather than joining say the Dogs or Broncs.

I dont mind Hutch & I think having him at the club is worthwhile. For some reason I think he will become a 1st grade coach when he finishes playing footy, could be the one that takes over from Robbo.

In Hutchs defence he knows his place and has been playing in an under strenght roosters side. So maybe I'm off with my assessment but it wouldn't be the first time
