I don't really want to watch the 03 G/F either but i can accept we were beaten by a team that was more enthusiatic than us on the night.2004 hurt far more because it was to the Bulldogs,Hegarty standing there clapping instead of playing to refs whistle and trying to stop El Masri from scoring, all the dropped ball when we were in good try scoring positions and the fact it was Fittlers last game and we all knew that realistically that was going to be the last chance of a G/F win for years to come.

Yeh I think I just expected to win in 03. There was just no way we would be beaten. I was down in Sydney with my best mate and it was gonna be the best holiday ever. I guess personally 03 hurt more. I was sad for Freddy in 04 more than anything, and was even gonna try and stick it out for the presentation and everything but I just couldn't.

The WCC in 03 V St Helens was a great game too.

Personally, there are two games against the knights that really stick out.

1.The GF qualifyer at the sfs 2000

                    2. A game at Marathon stadium in the late 1990's where we were behind 15-0 in the second half and then ran them down with some amazing tries. Can't remember the year tho.

2003 I can remember watching while waiting for a late plane in Melbourne.

I was the only person watching because the Storm were rubbish and nobody cared.

It was an AWFUL wet day and we were outplayed by an inferior team because we couldn't adapt to the conditions or find any form.

Oh and my mate ditched me for some Lebbo chick who he'd met off the internet, so I watched the game alone at Melbourne airport (although I had tickets to it and had been waiting for hours at the airport.)

1998.....we were ripped off big time that year. Our first semi was against Melbourne in Melbourne. Fittler tore them apart and we won. Our reward? A trip to Newcastle to play the Knights on their home turf which resulted in another great victory. So we then get a week off followed by a lovely trip to Brisbane to play the Broncos at their home ground!!! This was after the Broncos had lost their first home semi to Parra, but for some reason, were then given another home final a couple of weeks later!

We probably wouldn't have won even if it had been in Sydney as Freddie had done a rib cartilage late in the game against the Knights and was a virtual passenger but the way it worked out sucked big balls!

It aint a DVD but i'll chuck up a link where you can see the full Tigers vs Roosters 2010 game. Im on my school laptop now(im not home schooled anymore for those who will use this opportunity) so the sites blocked. Its good quality and personally that was the best game ive ever seen.
