Hanging an arm out when you're wrong footed happens way quicker, and that's not deemed a defense for the player making the tackle.

That club has not made a profit in the 23 years it's been operating. I've had people I know go down there when the Storm has been in the grand final and absolutely nothing in the papers about it. They've got a rentacrowd and a piped in cheer squad. They got away with cheating the cap for 10 years but should have been deregistered as a club.
