Ok, lets clarify something here........

The headline states "Roosters won't re-sihne veteran Minichiello", which leads us to believe that the club will not re sign him... right.... ok.... but the article goes on to quote Mini saying....


Which reads as "I want to stay at the roosters but i am also looking for a big final pay cheque before i finally retire".

So can someone please explain to me, is it:

a) a thinly veiled attempt at another shot at the Roosters for not signing a veteran player?
b) Just a simple mistake
c) idiot editors at the tellucrap not proof reading their journo's articles????

If we did get another fullback, it wouldn't be a bad option putting Mini back on the wing in 2013. He'd be a better option than Justin Carney.

I dont think a deal has already been done, if it has uncle Nick has probably already told Mini they are looking at younger options and his days are over. If you think about it Mini has never been one to go to the media about his contract issues because he always dealt with it directly with the club in private.

So im assuming Roosters have told him, "Thanks for your loyal service over the years, but its time to move on" and he is trying to fish any interest out to see if he can get any offers.
