In tipping comps these are what I call 'money' games.

95% tip one way, you tip your mob.

Roosters are good roughies, whenever the bookies rarely lay us.

I mean if everyone is forced to tip to "their" team each round then just remove their matches from the tipping sheet, dilemma solved.

If I see a small Roosters boy wandering around my streets, I'll know who he belongs to. I don't actually tip against us as I don't officially tip for money but I do have a group chat with 2 guys from work. For the Souths game, I just said 'I refuse to make any comment regarding this game' as I knew it was going to be a mess. For this one I said I'm tipping us and for them not to post any laughing emoticons at me... One of them follows St George and the other Canberra so Monday will be fun..

"Gawd....it's like living in Nazi Germany in this place!" (Was going to post a pic of Rik from The Young Ones, but apparently I'm not allowed).

For myself, I just can't tip against Easts.

My mistake this week was to back them at $3.80x should’ve waited they’re $4.50 now with Walker and Sitili out . I’m still confident ( a little less now) we can win. Our bench looks a little too inexperienced.

Last night, for the first time ever, my oldest son tipped Penrith. I told him this was not allowed and he always had to tip his team. He changed his tip and apologised for tipping against The Roosters.

Did I do the right thing or should I have let him tip against us?

This is the worst thing a Son could do, apart from having red hair obviously. I just can't tip against Easts no matter the odds

Around this age is the time to give them the talk.

You must tell them that they can not have a future partner who supports Souffs. The blood doesn't mix. The families will not get on. Big issue when the grand kids are born. There should be no compromise.

The one and only time I ever tipped against us was in R22 in 2002. We had just lost three in a row and I tipped the Broncos to beat us who had won their last five. We beat them and went on a 9 run winning streak to win the GF. Vowed never to tip against us ever again.

The rules need to be set out that you can't ever tip against us.

Is there a rule that you can't tip against Easts or did you just make that up on the spot?

                        Don't be a Vland-arse and change the rules mid-season.

Not a rule but I assumed it wouldn’t be required as a rule. We are Roosters through and through. It’s a given.

                            Of course it's a rule

You Know 13...when you have a dilemma like this just ask yourself 'what would Uncle Nick do?'

I know for a fact he reads this forum. Maybe this thread will give him incentive to contribute.
