  • Parking @ Central Coast Stadium

Evening guys. Travelling down tomorrow for the game and just wanting to see what people know about parking/best places to park close to the stadium. Haven’t been in a few years and really have not much of an idea of what parking is like and how early I might have to get there to secure a spot. Thanks in advance if anyone can answer this question/provide some info. Hopefully we put Canberra to the sword tomorrow

Park in the free train station commuter parking on showground Rd. It's multi level.
It's a 2 min walk down the hill to the ground and I've never had an issue getting a park in there when going to a game.
I usually park around 45 mins prior to kick off and haven't missed out yet.

      Thanks for the tip.

I usually park on the street cause I get there early.

Just park your souped up Hummer on the gutter next to the gates like a boss, bruh. What are they gonna do?

        ---

Unrelated story, when I was living in Japan I was next to a Pachinko and some big yakuza dude always parked a Hummer outside on the kerb (main street of town)... exactly like that but with the engine running so that it kept warm/cool for him. It was always mighty tempting to take it for a joyride. Figured I didn't wanna mess with this dude though (he was pretty intense and probably a tiny bit more connected with Japanese underworld figures than I was).

Side note, that pachinko is now a bulk-import supermarket. Guess he cleaned up his act and decided there was more money in dumplings/noodles? (Although he still drives gangster cars and owns pachinkos + massaji joints in town). Some would question the legitimacy of his enterprises... not I though.
