At last some consistency in the side we put on the park. I'd like to think we'll be much too strong for the Bronco's, particularly on the hallowed turf of the SCG.

Good to see Baker back from injury.

Looks like JS will finally be getting game time at Norths.

Last week DSF only played for 3 mins...Not sure what that's about...I'm sure that with a depleted Broncos Robbo can carry JS on the bench even if he gets 5-10 minutes...'It's Time!'

A 3rd straight 50 point win vs Brisbane incoming.

        Maybe even 60.

        How delicious.

Walker will absolutely carve them up. The kid has an air of vengence about him. All the greats know how to hold a grudge.

Just imagine being a fly on the wall during that meeting where Sam's parents were barred and the the great Seibs told him that he was a fullback!

God bless their stupidity for it allowed Sam Walker to become a Rooster

5 or 10 minutes at the ass-end of a already won game is not the way I'd like to debut. Wait until the Origin games and he'll get his chance to play 80 minutes, with Teddy unavailable.

Our reserves take on Mounties (Bulldogs) on Sunday 2pm @ NSO

Hau Tapuha, Baker, E Butcher, J Marschke and Whyte all named from the Chooks.

No Suaalii named despite the game being played after the chooks’ - indicating he will probably be and remain the 18th man as cover for 1st grade.

M Graham-Taufa, Moretti and Volkman promoted from Jersey Flegg while Deakin starts at Hooker from our SG ball.

Brad Abbey had moved from fullback to centre swapping with Josh Bergamin. Ralph not named, not sure if injured or dropped.

            Line up:

            1 Bergamin
            2 M Graham-Taufa
            3 Abbey
            4 Satini
            5 Hopoate
            6 J Marschke
            7 Volkman
            8 Hau Tapuha
            9 Deakin
            10 Baker
            11 E Butcher
            12 Whyte
            13 Bailey

            14 Gardiner
            15 Key
            16 Fenn
            17 Moretti

Also noticed that Jersey Flegg seem to no longer be scheduled to play their home games at NSO after the Bears, they now play out of Waverley Oval

Also looking forward to us giving nightmares to Albert Kelly on his return game for Bronx - wasn’t fit enough at the start of the season, doubt he would be much better now. Spent years in the Super League overweight

Should be a comfortable win for the chooks but you never know. I hope we just keep getting the 2 points and stay in touch with the top 4.

The only SOO game that will really affect us is the 3rd game v the dogs on the 14/7. SOO #1 9/7 we have a bye the week before. SOO #2 the game is played on a Sunday on the 27/6 and there are no games that weekend. And I did say even if he gets 5-10 minutes it wouldn't hurt him after all DSF played for 3 mins and Keighran for 20 mins.

what's the rule, nc? you can't play for norths if you're not named on tuesday even if you don't play firsts?

can't see us letting suaalii not get 80 mins 4 weeks in a row.

NC, if Joe is named 18th man again and doesn't play, I assume he can play for the Bears on Sunday?

                      Interesting Volkman named at half.

I’m sure Robbo will be licking his lips at the thought of his big boppers trampling Kelly all game..

Sorry guys - to clarify I believe Suaalii can be a late inclusion for the bears on Sunday if he gets no game time on Saturday night (not 100% though but this would
                          make more sense).

Was just highlighting he will most likely be the 18th man again for the Roosters out of the 4 reserves as he was the only one not named for the bears - also named at 21, just in case people took the player named at 18 as the literal 18th man.

However with the new high tackle crack down and higher likelihood of players being sent off for foul play I think we will see a lot more 18th men being involved in games regularly. Hopefully no more injuries or HIA for us please!

Wouldn’t be shocked either if Robbo rests any of the outside backs if they have any minor injuries - with Suaalii being on the cusp of debuting the last few weeks he may give him a go finally as a reward while resting someone who may need a break (eg Jmoz or even Iku has had a few knocks).

Definitely not saying he will replace anyone ongoing but may be a good game to give him a taste of first grade.

If not, he will debut if there is further forced injury or SOO period
