Very solid whole hearted player who reminds of a 1980's style hooker. But IMO he has no thrust direction or vision from dummy half & I would go so far to say that while ever he is our first choice hooker we never win a comp.

If I could have only one, it would be Smith. Hayne is my favourite fullback in the comp and would work best with our fairly uncreative halves (slater needs Cronk to function), and the Beast has made Uate (the 2nd best winger in the world) look like a bitch every time they've squared off.
