Mainly the Bulldogs, I think. I believe he was also involved in administration at an English Super League club - possibly Hull FC.

I also didn't think Peter Tunks was too bad towards the Roosters. He is a lot better than others such as Scott Sattler, Tallis, Anasta, Voss, Brandy (although he has mellowed a bit), Ennis, Roach, Sterlo, Warren and Joey Johns. I listen occasionally, but work often gets in the way.

    MRR or Rabid

Some people believe supporting the Roosters
is a matter of life and death, I am very disappointed
with that attitude. I can assure you it is
much, much more important than that.

I was just a kid and don't know what the issue was but obviously Peter Tunks still carries a big grudge 50 years later
My father worked with hundreds of bouncers on doors including many ex boxers and hard men and swore blind that Peter Tunks father Jeff was the best doorman he ever worked with because he could talk any Hothead out of a blue.

Now that you mention it I do remember he worked on the door at the Leagues Club. He was always at every junior game and seemed a genuine nice bloke.

Anasta is completely pro Roosters - how on earth can you say he's anti?

I dont listen to them, but I did in the weeks after the 2019 GF.
Hughes & Tunks were the only media who put balance in the whole "6 again raiders ripped off" argument.

I remember posting about that at the time.

Graham Hughes opened the show with a good couple of minute “editorial” comment about the disgraceful media coverage taking away from a historical performance, heaping praise on the club and the team including the performance in the GF. He called out the bias and highlighted the many calls that went Canberra’s way including Soliola taking Kearys legs out on the infamous trainer incident!

I had a good chat to him at a function over a wine or two just before Covid and he had nothing but good things to say about the club and heaped praise on Trent and Nick!

Fairly easily I am afraid. He is not too bad in most games involving us, but take note when we play the Rabble. I cannot think of any specific examples at the moment, but I just get the feeling, at times, in a subtle sense, he has had and can have occasional digs at us. Don't get me wrong, he is not nearly as bad as Tallis and Sattler, but let me just say that I would prefer others such as Cooper Cronk, Corey Parker, Hannah Hollis, Megan Barnard, Jessica Yates, Matt Russell etc.

Brandy and Gallen also defended us after the 2019 GF. Even Hadley defended us saying the reason Canberra lost was because of the Roosters' incredible defence - nothing to do with the 6 again call.
