A friend spoke to Walker at the airport and he said we should be ok. Another Kaufusi victim.

Anyone heard an update on Sam Walker. He could hardly walk when on camera in the sheds after the game.

tauks will be a big loss. on a positive - the season's too long for props who play big mins so if the replacements can step up it will be okay in the long run

Only because he is starting to grow hair on his balls and it was weighing him down.

So you are conceding that this season is all about preparing for next season now. Fair enough.

In the last 3 games, NOW, thats 10 players or more that have had to spend weeks off after sustaining injuries playing them...meanwhile at Melbourne, I'm still waiting for at least one. Even Pappenhuyzen and BSmith looked injured, but they still kept going, and will mostly be back next week. Maybe it's a conspiracy by the NRL to ensure we get injured playing them.
I want players that put opposition players in hospital.

Butcher couldn't kill a fly loaded with a box of Mortein.

                    It's why I don't like shyte reffing.

No it doesn't cost us the game. However, it means we need to constantly hit harder and dig deeper for those elusive clutch plays.

It woulda been easier on our bodies if:
                    - J-Moz' try counted, putting us up 6-0 with Drizz chasing.
                    - Rads wasn't sent off... we wouldn't have to defend with 12.
                    - Drizz didn't get an 'HIA' to give Pap a needle then they lose 2 interchanges (1 getting him off, 1 getting him on)
                    - Manu's try's counted... Drizz have to dig deep instead of cruising over the line.

It all adds up over the season IMO.

Scans have confirmed that Siosiua Taukeiaho has sustained a moderate rib cartilage injury. He will be monitored in the coming days.

Jared Waerea-Hargreaves has sustained a shoulder capsule injury and will have scans upon the team’s return to Sydney.

Walker must be ok though as he wasn’t mentioned in the report?

Our goal kicking options with Tauks out will be at rock bottom if Teddy is taking the shots at goal.
I'd like to see Walker given a crack if he's fit enough to play, everything he's done suggests that his temperament will handle it.
